That's why I'm passionate about helping homeowners understand their properties and make confident decisions before small issues become costly surprises.

My journey began in construction, where I spent more than a decade working on homes throughout our community. Whether I was remodeling a kitchen, building custom projects, or solving unexpected problems behind the walls, I gained a deep appreciation for how homes are built, how they age, and what it takes to keep them performing for years to come.

That hands-on experience naturally led me into home inspections. Today, as a licensed and insured home inspector, I combine construction knowledge with a detail-oriented approach to provide inspections that are thorough, easy to understand, and focused on helping clients make informed decisions. Whether you're buying, selling, maintaining your home, or planning for the future, my goal is to give you honest answers, practical guidance, and peace of mind.

At Virtue Home Advisory, we believe an inspection shouldn't just point out problems—it should help you better understand one of the biggest investments you'll ever make. I take pride in treating every home as if it belonged to my own family and every client as someone who deserves straightforward advice they can trust.

When I'm not inspecting homes, you'll usually find me trying to enjoy the small farm of animals my family has somehow accumulated, helping my wife in the garden, and doing my best to prioritize catching a game on the porch instead of getting roped into the same kinds of home improvement projects I've spent more than a decade helping my clients complete. Some habits are hard to break—but my wife usually wins.

Together, Erdem and I built Virtue Home Advisory around a simple idea: homeowners deserve honest guidance, practical resources, and a team that genuinely wants to see them succeed. Every guide, report, checklist, and service we create is designed with that mission in mind.

When I'm away from the computer, you'll usually find me in the garden with Erdem, convincing myself that this is the year I'll finally keep every plant alive, spoiling our ever-growing collection of animals, or dreaming up our next idea to help homeowners live a little more intentionally. I firmly believe the best conversations happen on a porch, coffee somehow tastes better outside, and that every home has the potential to become someone's favorite place to be.
